Hello, and thank you so much for visiting my website! I'm Austin Foss, your Senior Loan Officer spanning across this great state of Texas.

Prior to being in the finance industry, I was in the sports media industry, culminating in three and a half years working for ESPN. Part of that was spent as a Statistics Analyst, using numbers to help tell the story of what was going on.

Fast forward to January 2018, I knew it was time to find a way to use my love of numbers to help make a difference, and being a Loan Officer helps me do just that. My passion is taking somebody who doesn't think they'll qualify for a home and showing them just how many options they have to purchase their first home, their vacation home or expand their rental portfolio! 

Mortgages are like a puzzle. Some puzzles have more pieces than others, but you always want an expert to help you fit them together perfectly. That's where I come in! I strive to make sure every single client I'm fortunate enough to work with receives a white glove treatment they'll never receive anywhere else. My goal is to not only help you close a transaction, but to build a lifelong relationship as an advisor and real estate resource.

When I'm not closing loans and helping people accomplish real estate goals, you can probably find me on the golf course. If I'm not there (make sure you check the trees first), you can count on me being around my dogs, Bailey and Leon. Or, if all else fails, I may be out of the office entirely, out on the newest adventure somewhere in the world.
